Depending on the menu choice, the chef will arrive at the designated time maybe with some food already prepared depending on the complexity of your chosen menu and begin his work. After your guests have arrived and enjoyed a drink the chef will hand out the menus and explain each of the dishes. If you have chosen to hire a waiter/waitress for the evening, recommended if more than 6 diners but not essential, they will arrive just before your guests and start setting the table, chilling the wine and generally making it easier for you.
The time your meal takes for you to enjoy you is up to you, the chef will not hurry you but a late stay charge may apply if it gets too late. By the time you and your guests are enjoying coffee the chef should have cleared up and be ready to leave and all that remains is that you enjoy the rest of your night. He will then say goodbye leaving you with memories of an enjoyable night.
