Q. How long does it take to initiate a dinner party?
A. The booking has to be at least 2 weeks in advance, this  allows time for a meeting to create your special menu and discuss any special requirements needed.
Q. How many guests can I have at my dinner party?
A. The maximum amount of guests depends on your home,  Professional Dinner Parties prefer no more than 10 people  due to the amount of work that is required but a suitable kitchen, fridges and space are also a factor.
Q. How Much is a dinner party going to cost?
A. That depends on the menu you want. A 4 course meal  will cost in the region of £35 per head. More complex menus up to 7 courses are available and have to be quoted individually.
Q. What happens when i have made my booking?
A. You will pay the chef a deposit to cover all ingredients, the  day before your party SJR will ring to confirm the time of arrival. On the day SJR will turn up with printed menus for all guests, explain any questions you and your guests might  have then serve your food.

Q. What about waiter/waitress hire?
A. A waiter/waitress will have to be booked at the same time as the dinner party. There is no extra deposit to pay. They will turn up at the arranged time, set your table, serve the
food and drinks and clear up untill you no longer require their services.
Q. To what time is it considered late for the chef to stay?
A. Past 11pm the chef will make a small charge for staying. This will only happen on rare occasions when the time of a
dinner party is later than usual.
This does not apply to the waiting staff.
