As a professional chef I strive to bring only the best food to my customers plates. Trained at Northampton College in advanced catering, and working for Rick Stein in Padstow I learnt from some of the best chefs around. Their passion and dedication to the industry was passed down to a new generation.

Born in Northampton, I feel there is a big market for fine dining as there are very few restaurants around. This made me want to change the way people dine. That’s why I started doing professional dinner parties so I could bring good food to your home. Using locally sourced meat, vegetables and dairy products I aim to share my passion for flavour and elegance with a dinner party experience that you won’t forget.
